About the event
When arriving at Donkey Meadows Safe Haven, you may park in the grassy area across from the horse carriage. I will meet you at the picnic tables until all have arrived for the tour.
Now that Spring is on it's way, expect some variable weather at the farm. I like to wear layers, so I can remove clothing if I get warm. The wind tends to blow a little harder out in the open pastures, so please throw that extra jacket in the car, you may be happy you did once you get here. I always suggest wearing a boot of some sort or at least a shoe you do not mind getting dirty. If it rains the week of your visit there most likely will be areas that are still muddy a few days later.
